A few thoughts before heading out on the road

Tomorrow we start our big annual x-mas road show. We'll see how Harper likes road tripping.

Harper has been potty training the last couple of weeks and seems to be doing pretty good. A not too surprising side effect of the potty training is her fascination with all things toilet. Recently we noticed that she likes to open up the "grown ups" toilet and say "Hi" to her reflection.

A couple of days ago, Harper got mad at the moon. We were walking through the park and Harper pointed up to the sky and said "moon". I said, "yep, sure is" and we walked on. About 20 or 30 steps later she looked back to where the moon would have been had the moon been a light on the ceiling. You could see she was confused not to see it and then she looked to where it actually was and she scowled at it. She did this 3 or 4 times on our way to the swings. Fortunately we will be covering parallax next week in the baby genius course. :)
