Thanksgiving lessons

• Making cranberry sauce from scratch is easy and delicious
• Boil potatoes in skins and remove them right before mashing. Makes for fluffier potatoes.
• Cook turkey on higher heat for less time and then turn upside down half way thru. Most juicey turkey we've ever made and didn't even need to baste.
